Certificate Purchase

 There are three ways to purchase Ataa Fund certificates:

1) Purchase through bank branches

You can purchase an Ataa Fund certificate by visiting one of the following bank branches:
 Nasser Social Bank – National Bank of Egypt (NBE) – Suez Canal Bank – Banque Misr
You must have a bank account at one of these banks, in addition to a valid national ID.

Key notes about the purchase process:

• Official purchase day: Sunday of each week (if Sunday is a public holiday, the valuation is based on the end of the next working day).
• Purchase requests are accepted during official working hours throughout the week up to Sunday, along with the amount to be invested and the number of certificates to be purchased.
• Settlement starts the day after the official purchase day, based on the certificate value at the end of the official purchase day, and any settlement difference is returned to the client’s account.
• The Fund has the right to issue new investment certificates, in accordance with Articles (147) and (158) of the Executive Regulations and the regulator’s controls regarding increasing the Fund size.
• Certificates are purchased through a book-entry registration of the purchased certificates in the holders’ register maintained by the management services company.
• The certificate carries no subscription/purchase fee.
